His career spans roles at the University of Michigan, Kennesaw State University, and Eastern Michigan University, with expertise in TRIO programs, Honors education, multicultural services, advising and career development.

What I enjoy most about working in Pathways Persistence Programs is the opportunity to support students from diverse backgrounds as they navigate their college journey. Seeing students grow in confidence, develop academic and professional skills, and ultimately achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. Additionally, I enjoy the strategic aspect of program development, finding new ways to enhance resources and improve student outcomes. Having direct student impact and the ability to shape institutional initiatives keeps me motivated and engaged.

One of my favorite spots on campus is the library, because it’s a place where students come together, whether to study, connect, or recharge. They also have some amazing resources in the library!

I would tell my college-aged self to get more involved, seek out resources, and not try to do it all alone!

I attended Eastern Michigan University. GO EAGLES! One thing that stood out about my college experience was the strong sense of family and belonging—I always felt supported by my peers, mentors, and the campus community.
