Jimmy has been at Michigan State for 4 years, working as an academic advisor and previously as a Residence Hall Director in Wilson Hall (South Neighborhood is the best neighborhood!) If you need help with navigating MSU or looking ahead and finding your way, he’s happy to help.
The ability to connect and support so many different students. Though I work in TRIO i'm fortunate to have interactions with many amazing students across different programs who are all striving towards their goals in unique ways. Our students are great reminders that every interaction we have can make a huge difference.
Tie between 1855 and The MCC, the chefs at 1855 spartys are super friendly and make some of my favorite Campus meals (the fried rice and BBQ pizza are necessities), the MCC is sleek but welcoming.
Slow down, switch your major, and don't be afraid of change. How yourespond and work through rough patches sets me up in the future even if I cant see it now.
