The 14th Mid-Michigan Symposium for Undergraduate Research Experiences will be here next month!
On July 24, MSU undergraduate researchers, visiting students participating in research at MSU, and students from other institutions in Michigan will present and share their research and creative activities with their peers and the MSU community at Mid-SURE 2024.
Throughout the summer, over 20 summer research programs provide undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in research taking place across MSU, targeting students of all levels from all backgrounds and experience. These robust programs and opportunities at MSU attract students from across the region and state with Mid-SURE offering them a chance to share the culmination of their summer work.
Hosted at MSU’s STEM Teaching and Learning Facility from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Mid-SURE will feature an in-person and online component, with a Graduate Recruitment fair running concurrently with the program. Interested recruiters from MSU graduate programs are invited to participate in the recruitment fair. For students participating in a summer program here or elsewhere who are still interested in participating in this year’s program, late registration is available.
Explore the Mid-SURE event page for more information as the event approaches. Reach out to Heather Dover (doverhea@msu.edu) with questions or requests for accommodation.
