On May 8, campus colleagues gathered within the Broad Business College for the 2024 Student Success Summit: Transforming Student Success Together. Over 350 people pre-registered for the event, resulting in a packed room with attendees.
Featuring opening remarks by President Guskiewicz, Interim Provost Jeitschko, and Vice Provost Mark Largent, with Dr. Kristen Renn as keynote speaker, this year's event focused on deep learning around the five opportunity areas of undergraduate student success, critical thinking around meeting 2030 goals, and a celebration of outstanding fellow Spartans.
The summit concluded with an overview of the intended strategy and timeline of efforts to close opportunity gaps so that all MSU undergraduates learn, thrive, and graduate.
