FSA Financial and Enrollment Obligation

Students complete UGS 102 for three credits in the summer semester and UGS 105 in the Fall semester. The UGS 102 tuition is included if students enroll full-time in the subsequent Fall semester and complete UGS 105. Students must complete both UGS 102 and UGS 105 to receive 4 credits that can be substituted for an approved Integrative Studies course.

If a student who completed UGS 102 does not enroll full time in the Fall semester after UGS 102, MSU will charge them a program fee and 4 credits of tuition at the student’s normal tuition rate. If a student completes UGS 105 during the Fall semester but is not enrolled as a full-time student at MSU, MSU will charge a program fee plus 3 credits of tuition at the student’s normal tuition rate.
