Heather is the Coordinator for Undergraduate Research in the Office of the Associate Provost at Michigan State University (MSU). She is credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics from Abilene Christian University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety from MSU. Prior to her work in undergraduate research, Heather served as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Manager in several departments across the MSU campus.
