Learning at MSU
At MSU, you don’t just earn a degree. We are preparing you for your future. That means we are committed to developing the traits in you that will be valuable in any field, in any environment, at any time. We call them our liberal learning goals and outcomes. Basically they are educational goals that transcend the boundaries of majors, specific classes or defined careers. Their usefulness is timeless and their applicability is boundless.
Our Programs
As part of our commitment to enhancing your undergraduate experience and accomplishing the liberal learning goals and outcomes, APUE supports the work of several key programs. These programs include international education experiences, opportunities to conduct innovative research, housing integrated with your academic interests, and seminars especially for first-year students.
Faculty/Staff Resources
We recognize the vital role you play in the lives of our undergraduates. However we also recognize that you may face questions and field requests for assistance that are outside of your expertise. This web page is to help you point students in the right direction. You will find everything from a general advising manual and resources geared toward your professional development to specific resources to which you can refer students.
